WARRANTY CARD

This product is guaranteed for a term If (l) one year from the date of purchase, it covers malfunctions and will be serviced free of charge in labor and spare parts.

To make the warranty effective contact us to request the service always having the invoice or proof of purchase at hand, which must include the specific product model and the date of purchase.

Conditions of this warranty

01. The service for floor care (Vacuum cleaners, polishers, pressure washers), water dispensers, and non-built-in

microwave ovens will be provided directly at the authorized service center facilities.

02. The service of white goods major appliances will be performed at the consumer's home if the address is within the urban perimeter of the city where the purchase is made or if there is an authorized service center in the area. The visit is subject to security and accessibility conditions.

03. The coverage of this Warranty only applies within the territory of the country where the product was purchased.

04. The Warranty consists of repairing the product, replacing the damaged parts, and transportation if it is required.

05. The warranty does not include carpentry, masonry, plumbing, civil works, power lines modifications, etc. external to the product.

06. This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, however, these conditions do not limit, replace, or modify in any way the consumer rights that are described in the local legislation of your country or state.

07. The service will be provided through our technicians or an authorized service center.

Warranty exclusions

08. Use with inadequate electrical installation or voltage different from that indicated on the plo te or product data label.

09. Removal or alteration of the technical specification plo te and/or serial number.

10. Installation or use different from that which appears in the instruction manual.

11. Non-domestic use for products designated for this purpose (commercial, industrial, or profit-making use).

12. When the product has been disassembled, intervened, or due to failures that result from bad connections by

persons other than our authorized technicians.

13. Accessories or consumables that show normal wear and tear or aesthetic parts such as handles, trays, filters, bases, displays, etc.

14. Use of non-original spare parts, accessories, and consumables.

15. Operating or aesthetic defects (condensation or moistening, stains, oxidation, corrosion, etc.) caused by environmental conditions (ambient humidity, inappropriate working temperatures, exposure to the elements, etc.)

16. Physical damage such as bumps, scratches, fractures, broken glass, and dents alter the delivery and

acceptance of the product.

17. Damage caused by pests, rodents, insects, or other animals.

18. Damage caused by improper cleaning.

19. Damage caused by external causes such as abuse, misuse, electrical supply, accidents, fire, or natural causes.

20. Rust on the inside or outside of the unit.

21. Products purchased ”as is” are not covered by this warranty.

22. Loss of food due to refrigerador failures.

23. Technical service calls/requests to correct installation errors or to obtain product use instructions.

24. Expenses to make the product accessible for repair, such as the removal of decorations, cupboards, shelves, etc., that were not part of the original product.

25. Service calls to repair or replace light bulbs, air and water filters, other consumables, knobs, handles and other decorative parts.

26. Additional costs that includes, without limitation, any service calls outside of business hours, on weekends or holidays, transportation fees or travel expenses for service calls in remote areas.

27. Damage to the finish of the appliance or home that occurred during installation, including, without limitation, cabinets, walls, etc.

* All the warranty exclusions mentioned above apply also to the special warranties.

Other provisions:

19. There is no natural or legal person authorized to make exceptions or assume commitments on behalf of

Frigidaire, concerning the terms contained in this this Warranty Card.

20. For your convenience, keep and carefully review the User Manual of the appliance.

Special Warranties

· For products purchased starting January 1st, 2021

MinispIit air conditioners: These are covered by a 10-year warranty on the compressor and a 2-year warranty on the other components. This special Warranty covers only the replacement of the compressor, it does not include labor expenses.

ELECTROLUX and FRIGIDAIRE Front loading washers: Have a 10-year warranty on the wash motor. This special warranty covers only the replacement of the wash motor, it does not include labor expenses.

ELECTROLUX and FRIGIDAIRE Front or top load washers manufactured with a stainless-steel wash tub: Have 10-year warranty on this component. This warranty only covers the replacement of the washing tub, it does not include labor expenses.

ELECTROLUX and FRIGIDAIRE Top Mount type non-USA refrigerators with No-Frost function: Have a 10-year warranty on the compressor. This warranty includes the repair or replacement of the compressor, as well as labor.

FRIGIDAIRE Twin type refrigerators and freezers (models FRDX13EXXXX and FFUX09EXXXX only): Have a 10- year warranty on the compressor. This warranty includes the Repair or replacement of the compressor, as well Os IObor.

ELECTROLUX and FRIGIDAIRE Side by Side refrigerators model FRSO52XXXX: Have a 10-year warranty on the compressor. This warranty includes the replacement of the compressor, as well as labor.

ELECTROLUX and FRIGIDAIRE chest Freezers: Have a 3-year warranty on the compressor. This special warranty covers only the replacement of the compressor, it does not include labor expenses.

· For products purchased starting November 1st, 2023

ELECTROLUX and FRIGIDAIRE top loading washers manufactured by Electrolux Brazil: Have a 10-year warranty on the wash motor. This special warranty covers only the replacement of the wash motor, it does not include labor expenses.

· For products purchased starting January 1st, 2025

Split air conditioners with R32 gas: Have a special 10-year warranty on the compressor and a 3-year warranty on the other components. This 3-year warranty covers replacement and labor costs. The 10-year compressor warranty covers only replacement cost s, it does not include labor expenses.
