This is in accordance with applicable laws and is always committed to safeguarding the personal data, and sometimes sensitive personal data, that our employees, candidates, customers, suppliers, contractors, and visitors entrust to us by voluntarily sharing it, whether physically, electronically, or by any other means.

The types of personal data that Electrolux may handle are:

-Personal Data is any information that refers to an identified or identifiable person, such as: name, address, telephone number, email address, official identification numbers or cards, financial and tax information, nationality, photograph, fingerprints, among others.

We wish to inform you that, since the beginning of operations, Electrolux's corporate policy is to protect the data of our employees, candidates, customers, suppliers, contractors, and visitors, and that policy includes the confidentiality of this information, in accordance with current legal requirements.

We will continue to use, and in some specific cases transfer, the data recorded in our databases and provided by our employees, candidates, customers, suppliers, contractors, and visitors for the following purposes:

Candidates – Personnel recruitment and selection processes, medical examinations.

-Employees – Hiring, medical examinations, payroll processing and various payments, sending notifications and information to government agencies, processing payroll and corporate credit cards, reporting and statistics to subsidiary offices, registration with training companies,

satisfaction surveys, among other tasks necessary for the administration of the employment relationship with Electrolux.

-Customers/Suppliers/Contractors/Visitors – Purchase orders, service contracts, audits, bidding processes, invoicing, service surveys, authorization for access to the company, among other tasks necessary for the administration of the business relationship with Electrolux. Marketing and promotional activities, sending information that may be of interest to you based on your visit history, products analyzed, geolocation, and other variables. Market analysis activities (purchasing preferences in terms of products, prices, quality, etc.). Information on spare parts, services, repairs, or any other activity related to the safety, operation, or maintenance of any product purchased by the company.

Additionally, for some processes, such as recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel, Electrolux may request information considered Sensitive Personal Data necessary for medical examinations, the acquisition of health and life insurance, equal employment opportunity, among others. This data will be provided voluntarily, unless required by court order, and will not interfere with your employment opportunities.

During the collection of sensitive personal data, it will be stored, and in some cases, this data will be disclosed to third parties, such as insurance companies and government agencies. Electrolux will take reasonable security measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of this sensitive information that has been obtained, stored, and used.

Electrolux safeguards the security of the personal information provided to it. This information may be stored using manual or electronic systems with limited access, in order to protect it against loss, fraudulent use, unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction.

At any time, the CUSTOMER and/or USER may inform Electrolux of their intention to revoke any consent previously granted for the processing of personal data in accordance with the purposes described in this Privacy Notice, so that Electrolux may no longer use such data, provided that the consent sought to be revoked does not arise from a contractual relationship or transaction agreed upon with Electrolux. Revocation of consent will not have retroactive effect. The means and procedure for doing so are described below.

The data subject may also exercise the rights of Access, Rectification, Erasure, and Objection (ARCO) over their personal data. To exercise these ARCO rights, Electrolux has made the following email address available to our candidates, employees, customers, suppliers, contractors, and visitors: servicioalcliente@electrolux.com. It is important to note that, in order to process any of these requests, the following must be included:

-The data subject's name and address or other means of communicating the response to their request.

-Documents proving the data subject's identity or, where applicable, legal representation.

-A clear and precise description of the personal data for which they seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights, and any other elements or documents that facilitate locating the personal data.

Electrolux only transfers your personal data to third parties when such transfer is necessary during the employment and/or business relationship. If Electrolux needs to transfer your personal data for other purposes, it will request your prior consent.

Any changes to this notice will be disseminated through this medium. It may also be sent to your last registered address or to your email address.

By accepting the terms and conditions established in this privacy notice, you expressly consent to Electrolux's use, handling, and transfer of your personal data for the purposes described.
